In chapter 5, the apostle Paul addresses husband and wives in the covenant of marriage. In chapter 6, Paul provides additional instructions for parent/child and servant/master relationships. He demonstrates that the Gospel and the presence of the Holy Spirit in a believer’s life, ought to result in Christ like behavior and transformed relationships. This is an intensely practical message for the church today.
